Hey, guys, chill out… there are people out there who really need this. But some people check the comments first. so, stop saying its boring! This gives a lot of details and stuff you really need! Also eat your fruits and vegetables to get healthy for skin too!!!

Well, from what I know.. if you have scarring try massaging it using scar gel.. I use scar gel which is more of the vegan type and I massage it on my acne scar.. I noticed it slowly/gradually visible and the scar is not as deep as it use to be.. Try massaging your scar.. This was also informed to me by my aesthetician.. So try that,,

Good advice. I found corn syrup to worse cause of acne, and starch isn’t too great either. Need to eat more vegetables, though.

I use chillies in my cooking too but I normally use it in mild form as I don’t like to eat too hot stuff.. If it affects your acne then cut it down I guess.. Just my opinion..

Here’s a really really dumb question, but I am a tomato fanatic…but now everyones saying it’s actually classified as a fruit….does that mean I should cut that right back?
