Step-By-Step Skin Care Routine for Combination Skin

Filed under: Misc — Ms.CiCi at 7:56 pm on Tuesday, January 19, 2010  Tagged , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,
Here is a requested video for my skin care routine. I have combination, acne prone skin and I do this routine morning and night. I like to keep things quick and simple, so I can stick to a regimen and consistently take good care of my skin. An older lady I know who has GORGEOUS skin and is probably in her 70’s told me her most important beauty tip is good skin care… “ALWAYS wash your face morning and night, even if you don’t feel like it.” I trust the woman because she’s still got it going …

I use it everyday, to every other day bc I feel like my skin needs it more than most probably do.

Diet soda is very dangerous as well, if not worse then drinking any soday that has low calorie if no calories at all. The body more fat cells from diet sodas then from a soda itself, all because of the chemical makeup. The fact is you are not actually keeping the weight off or preventing any weight gain from happening, its further from the truth. Best to drink water! its safer

if the item has more than 2% benzoyl peroxide it could be worse for your skin. benzoyl peroxide causes cancer. it also doesn’t get rid of acne very well. it could fade scars and remove the appearance of the acne but the acne will still be under the skin and pop up later (probably when your hormonal). salicylic acid is the best ingredient to take away acne. trust me, i know.

some advice for all sodas drinkers:
The active ingredient in a soda is phosphoric acid. its ph .2.8 Itit leaches calcium from the bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase in osteoporosis. To carry cola or a soda type beverage a commercial truck must use the “Hazardous Materials cards reserved for corrosive materials. Virtually ALL carbonated beverages block calcium absorbtion and leach minerals from the bones! MS is directly linked to consuming Aspartame in diet soda!

Not necesarily. I have worse dark circles and they are ereditary, without any connection to my sleeping schedule, my diet or my health.
Some people are just not lucky enough, and are born with dark circles. T__T

And that is a great video. ^__^

i dont want to be rude or to persoanl here, but the dark circles under your eyes say that your adreanal glands are over taxed!
do you eat alot of refined sugar laden foods, or drink colas or any foods that have a high sugar content? i think if your going to use beauty products such as cleansers and make up and best you know exactly what you are putting on your skin, the skin is an organ, and any chemical, or alcohal derivitive ingredient put on the skin goes to the blood stream.

Hmm, not really. I eat pretty healthy and am honestly a bigger fan of Splenda than sugar. I only drink sodas (diet) on occasion when I go out. Maybe it’s the angle/ lighting in this video… or perhaps the fact that I had just finished my college career the week I filmed this video! lol Thank you for the 411 though! That’s really interesting.
